The Kantharos is one of the many urn shapes found in ancient history. I have been told that it represents life because it holds water and thus the heart-shaped leaves grow from the urn.
     
Kantharos Urn Floor Inspiration Piece
This mosaic inspired the Kantharos Urn Necklace. It is also a section of the room which inspired the Cconchiglie Necklace.
